Add delete action and enhance logging in LicenzeController

Introduced a new deleteAction method in LicenzeController to handle deletion functionality. Updated the logging mechanism in inserimentoRecordDiLog to capture additional details, enhancing the audit trail for licensing changes. Removed the deprecated afterDeleteElement method.
